Knikole Taylor is a TAP Master Teacher at George Washington Carver 6th Grade STEM Learning Center with Lancaster ISD in Lancaster, TX, a suburb of Dallas, TX. In this role, she supports the growth and development of teachers, and students on her campus through differentiated and personalized coaching. It is Mrs. Taylor's firm belief that all teachers and students can succeed. Through professional development, modeled lessons, and tailored one-to-one coaching plans, Knikole works with teachers to assist them in being their best for the students they teach each day. It is her sincere desire to see all teachers grow in their craft to have a lasting impact on student achievement. Mrs. Taylor is married to Paul Taylor, and is the mother of three perfect little ones. She received her bachelors from Texas A &M-Commerce and her Masters of Education in Administration from Lamar University.
